Business of Therapy

Building and Managing a Successful Practice

Are you interested in starting a successful therapy practice or struggling to start one?  Do you want to provide expert treatment to clientele AND make money?

Graduate programs teach clinical skills, but do not train graduates in the art of business. In order to build and direct a successful clinic, owners must be trained in:

  • Ethical marketing (website development, social media, etc.)
  • Business plan development
  • Hiring and employee pay structures
  • Getting on insurance panels or existing outside of managed care
  • Building a specialty niche

 Summer Course

Join us for this summer course taught by Dr. Aimee Kotrba at Michigan State University to learn the necessary skills to build a successful practice!

  • May 18-August 17, 2016
  • Wednesdays 11:30-2:20pm
  • Access 36 hours of expertise in successful business development! Ask questions, learn from others, and start earning today!
