Enhancing mindfulness for children through the practice of yoga and meditation. For those who need help regulating stress response system, anxiety, ADHD, depression, processing and learning disorders.
Children will build self-esteem and confidence in a safe community. They will learn how to control breath, be still in their bodies, and combat feelings of anxiety. We will also practice visualization skills to help decrease stress.

Kim Gardner is certified in 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Brighton Yoga Center, through RYT Yoga Alliance. She has expanded her knowledge through studies and training of the Grounded Kid’s yoga program. Kim is currently taking an Anatomy of Yoga course and a certification in Yin Yoga.
