Research Based Help for Couples: This program is based on John Gottman’s 4 decades of research on relationships. This program will provide couples with practical tools to enhance and improve their relationships while understanding the research-based foundation from which they are derived. This Program is appropriate for: • Dating couples • Engaged couples • Newlyweds • Couples married for decades • Those wishing to enhance a good marriage • Those needing better conﬂict management tools This Program is not appropriate for: Couples with severe relationship distress, mental health problems, signiﬁcant emotional or physical abuse, relationships where one or both partners are addicted to drugs, alcohol, or other compulsive behavior
