Title: Limited Licensed Psychologist

Location: Brighton

Approach to Treatment

Lisa is passionate about helping her patients learn how to manage symptoms and problem-solve concerns. In treatment, Lisa places a strong emphasis on collaborating with parents as they are a vital part of their child’s care. Her treatment is individualized to meet each patient’s unique needs, including going into the community for exposures as needed and collaborating with schools. Lisa tends to focus more on concrete strategies children and parents can use to overcome fears, cope with intense emotions and change behaviors. However, she also provides a supportive space for older kids and teens who need someone they can talk to about their life stressors. Lisa values building rapport and trust and cares deeply about providing a positive and helpful experience for children and their parents.
