Insurance & Fees
Before submitting an appointment request, please review the insurance information below to ensure our practice is a good fit for your family.
Thriving Minds Behavioral Health is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS PPO and Traditional) only. All other insurance plans are considered out of network.
If you have insurance other than BCBS PPO or Traditional, please submit an appointment request only if you plan to self-pay or use your out-of-network benefits.
Please note that Thriving Minds does not bill out-of-network insurance plans or submit out-of-network claims on your behalf. Payment is due at the time of service, and if you choose to use your out-of-network benefits, you will be responsible for submitting claims directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
If you plan to self-pay or use your out-of-network benefits, our current fees are:
Initial consultation: $250-$300
Therapy sessions: $200-$250
Psychological testing for ADHD and learning disabilities: typically $1,800–$3,000
Psychological testing for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD): typically $2,800–$4,000
