Julia is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers children and families to overcome challenges and build lasting skills. She believes that every child is unique and values partnering closely with parents, schools, medical providers, and other professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that support success across settings. Julia enjoys helping children recognize their strengths while teaching practical strategies to improve confidence, independence, and emotional well-being. She strives to create a warm, collaborative environment where families feel supported and equipped to navigate challenges together.

Julia utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and parent-focused behavioral interventions.

Age Range: 3-17

Experience and Training:

Dr. Randle earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Michigan State University in 2026. Her clinical training includes experience in schools, pediatric medical specialty clinics, and private practice settings. She has provided therapy, consultation, and psychological assessment for children with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, chronic pain, learning differences, and behavioral challenges. Julia has a particular interest in pediatric psychology and interdisciplinary care, collaborating closely with physicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, educators, and families to support children's emotional and behavioral health. She also has specialized training in pediatric chronic pain rehabilitation, Selective Mutism, and psychological assessment.

More About Me:

Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with her family and serving at her church. During the summer, she loves boating, paddle boarding, and visiting her family's cabin in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Julia also enjoys staying active and has spent many years playing and coaching tennis.
