Approach to Treatment:

Bonny is passionate about using evidence-based interventions to support children, adolescents, and their families. She values building genuine therapeutic relationships and approaches treatment in a laid-back, flexible way that helps clients feel comfortable and supported. Whenever possible, Bonny takes a team-based approach, collaborating with families, teachers, and other providers to create meaningful and lasting change in the lives of children and those who care for them. Bonny values working with children from a wide range of backgrounds, identities, and ability levels. She believes that each child's unique strengths and experiences are central to treatment and strives to provide care that is affirming, inclusive, and tailored to meet each child's individual needs.

Age Range: Children and adolescents ages 4-18 and caregivers

Experience and Training: Bonny graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with her Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology in 2017. She then worked as an outpatient therapist in Midland for three years, gaining experience treating a variety of mental health concerns with children, adolescents, and adults. With a desire to gain further education and training in working with children and families, Bonny began her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Central Michigan University in 2021 and plans to graduate with her PhD in the Fall of 2026. 

More about Me: Bonny lives in East Lansing with her fiancé and dog (Barnaby). She loves spending time in northern Michigan with her family and friends, as well as traveling to new places.
