Program Overview
This supportive 8-12 week program offers practical skills for parents seeking to understand and respond effectively to the impact of stressful childhood events. These experiences might include challenges such as parental separation/divorce, parental mental health struggles or substance use, exposure to high conflict, or other difficult household situations.
What to Expect
Through this program, parents will learn strategies to provide a nurturing and stable environment, helping their children build resilience and thrive amidst life's challenges.
